Clinical Pilates is for:
     . Anyone wanting to take long term care of their spine.
     . Anyone recovering from injury
     . Anyone who requires sports specific conditioning including matwork for Golf.

We Offer:
Physiotherapist led individual 1:1 sessions or classes to suit all levels of abilities. Pilates is all about giving the body the attention it needs whilst concentrating on a calm, controlled state.

1:1 Sessions
This involves private, 1:1 Clinical Pilates sessions with the physiotherapist, who will introduce you to your specific program. At least 4 sessions will be required to ensure that the correct input is provided for effective learning and safe home practise to ensure progression.

Courses:

Beginners
     . Introduction to Clinical Pilates focusing on form.
     . Improves flexibility, posture, body alignment and balance
     . Injury Prevention, strengthens deep stabilising muscles around the spine
     . Building strong, lean muscles, fantastic posture, firm stomach and relaxation of the mind
     . Maximum number of clients - 8


Intermediate
     . Continues to build on achievements of Beginners course
     . Incorporates upper and lower body exercises
     . Faster paced routine challenging coordination and form
     . Improved Flexibility, agility, strength, stamina and performance
     . Maximum number of clients - 10


All individual sessions and classes are with a Chartered Physiotherapist qualified in Clinical Pilates.

Each Course Includes: 1 x 30min assessment by a Chartered Physiotherapist then 6 x Weekly classes of 1 hour.

You do not need to be a member of the Tytherington Club or ClubAZ to use any of the services of Club Physiotherapy Ltd.
